» Network Uptime

CEO Web Hosting guarantees that the network will be available 99.9% of the time in a given month (no more than 44 minutes downtime per month), excluding scheduled maintenance. CEO Web Hosting will credit the customer 100% of the next monthly fee if downtime exceeds 44 minutes and register a free domain name!

Network uptime includes functioning of all network infrastructure including routers, switches and cabling, but does not include services or software running on your server. Network downtime exists when a particular customer is unable to transmit and receive data and NTSHosting records such failure in the NTSHosting trouble ticket system. Network downtime is measured from the time the trouble ticket is opened by a customer to the time the server is once again able to transmit and receive data.

» Hardware Guarantee

NTSHosting (OUR NEW PROVIDER) guarantees the functioning of all leased hardware components and will replace any failed component at no cost to the customer. Hardware replacement will begin once NTSHosting identifies the cause of the problem. Hardware replacement is guaranteed to be complete within 24 hours of problem identification. Hardware is defined as the Processor(s), RAM, hard disk(s), motherboard, NIC card and other related hardware included under the server lease. This guarantee excludes the time required to rebuild a RAID array.

The data center's HVAC (Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning) system is N+1 redundant. With full particle filtering and humidity control, the environment is maintained at a cool 68 degrees to ensure a comfortable environment for your server.

» Power Systems

CEO Web Hosting is not reliant upon the local power grid to guarantee maximum uptime. Our on-site, auto-switched power generator and centralized UPS systems provide power conditioning and ensure uninterrupted data center operation. Additionally, the generator is regularly tested to ensure that it will continue to function in the event of an emergency

» Datacenter Security

The data center is physically isolated from everyone but level three technicians. Public access is strictly forbidden. Access to the floor the datacenter resides on is restricted and completely locked down.
